Course Description
Talent war is a reality in most competitive industries. And it is a fact that employees leave not because of the company but primarily because of their managers. When an employee is not getting the growth and development they want, they seek it with another company. Most of the time the main issue is not salary, environment or workloads but most of the time it’s just communication breakdown. This communication gap creates a variety of other issues that would be solved through strong culture of coaching and mentoring.
In this course, participants will learn essential coaching and mentoring skills to achieve team and individual success.
