Course Description
This course elaborates on general principles of organizational leadership, with emphasis on the areas of coaching, counseling, and mentoring younger generation of potential leaders. Topics on communication and motivation shall be discussed as well as planning, implementation, and evaluation of leadership programs within the context of the now normal. Strategies on coaching, counseling, and mentoring shall also be discussed. At the end of the course, participants are expected to have a renewed mindset of leadership principles as they hurdle the challenges of the current times.
ENTRY COMPETENCIES of Participants (Prerequisites):
Participants are expected to possess minimal interpersonal and communication skills as members of dynamic organizations.

This course aims to empower participants with new conceptions of organizational leadership, particularly focusing on coaching, counseling, and mentoring within the context of the now normal. It will also discuss concepts of organizational communication and motivation.
