Course Description

This 2-day course is designed to equip new supervisors and managers with functional skills to face the challenges of the workforce in the New Normal. It will highlight effective people management skills, such as building trust, employee engagement, feedback and motivation, and team resiliency, which are necessary to optimize employee performance toward achievement of departmental goals. People management skills will also be complemented with goal setting techniques and strategies, to ensure successful first-time leadership.
