Malayan Colleges Mindanao now offers certification and training programs for students and professionals

Following the opening of its doors to senior high school and college students last year, Malayan Colleges Mindanao (MCM) is embracing its full capacity to train professionals through the Institute for Credentialing Excellence and Lifelong Learning (iCELL).

The new MCM facility will be partnering with Mapúa University’s Center for Continuing Education and Special Competencies (CCESC) in conducting its training and certification programs which will be offered to both students and professionals.

This May 28 to 31, iCELL will be hosting its first Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training at MCM. Mapúa will be employing its synergy of resources for the training.

A part of the event is the launching of MCM’s first “Kapihan ala Mapúa in Mindanao”. A teaser on New Occupational Safety and Health Law will be presented with Engr. Edward Ang of Mapúa University as its guest speaker.

The event aims to promote other training programs which Mapúa can immediately implement in MCM such as Engineering, Safety, Construction, Pollution Control, Environmental Management Systems, IT, Multimedia, Management, Accounting, Finance, Languages, Agriculture, and more. Human Resources and Training Heads of Davao will be attending the event.
