Course Description
This course elaborates on the principles of Learning and Development, starting with the nature and conceptions of learning, its application to organizational contexts, models and strategies in design, training implementation, and evaluation within the context of now normal. The importance of learning and development programs will be highlighted, emphasizing the process, from conceptualization up to evaluation, thereby completing the L & D cycle. Further, challenges and trends in L & D will also be discussed. At the end of the course, participants will have a renewed mindset of L & D that encompasses not only the traditional modes but strategies that embrace these contemporary times, to enhance human resources and development.
ENTRY COMPETENCIES of Participants (Prerequisites):
Participants are expected to have an idea of learning and development and its programs and undertakings.

This course aims to empower participants with new conceptions of learning and development, particularly focusing on conceptualization, training implementation, and assessment and evaluation. Participants will be encouraged to share their insights and visions of what learning and development should be in their organization and how it can serve to complement human resources and development.
